Everyone I've talked to at Alpine has been professional, kind, very helpful and a good experience.. UPS however did a bad job of taking care of the package, as I reported to Alpine already, the packaging was damaged including on the inside of the box. I believe the only damage to the equipment was one large size cushion was damaged and not usable. I'm confident if something happened that I haven't been able notice yet Alpine will help me out. Thank you Alpine Medical. Daniel Little

The tech who picked up the concentrator is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy talking to him. The people in the store are also friendly. I wish there was a way to get supplies on the weekend like oxygen.
