Alpine Home Medical sells products for use by adults. While some products may be intended for children, purchases must be made by adults using a valid form of payment.
If you are under 18, you may use this site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

• Refuse service
• Terminate accounts
• Remove or edit content
• Cancel orders

These actions may be taken at any time, with or without notice, to protect the integrity of our business and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you once the goods are delivered to the carrier.

5. Product Descriptions

Alpine Home Medical and our authorized dealers strive to be as accurate as possible in all product descriptions, images, and specifications.
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Pricing

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
We do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.

If we identify a pricing error, we will:

• Honor the lower price if the correct price is below our stated price, or
• Contact you for approval or cancel the order if the correct price is higher than our stated price.

This policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Alpine Home Medical or our authorized dealers. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

7. Shipping

Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you choose and the assumption that all items are shipped to one address within the contiguous United States.

Some products may require special handling due to their size, weight, or regulatory status (ex: oxygen equipment, mobility devices). These may incur additional fees.

When your order is processed, any necessary adjustments to shipping costs will be made, and you will be notified via email.

Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

8. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items (that are not special orders) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special-order items may be returned only at our discretion. Bathroom Safety and CPAP equipment is not returnable.
We cannot accept returns on items that:

• Have been opened or used
• Are missing serial numbers or UPCs
• Are returned after 7 days

Before returning any item, you must contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This website and all information, content, materials, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Alpine Home Medical and its affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of this website or the information, content, or materials included herein.
You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your own risk.
