I am thankful for doing business with Alpine Home Medical. they help me out for what was possible. I had a problem with the unit I came by and replaced it with another working great I had no idea that they supposed to be servicing the unit area 6 to 12 months which was good news I'll pull that filter and it was filthy as it was almost 2 years old placed in a new one the machine works much better thank you. They always have the stuff for me thank you.

I appreciate the time and effort that was extended to me. I feel that I'll be well taken care of if I have any issues with my Cpap equipment and that i truly have someone who cares and is in my corner with any concerns I have with my treatment.

William and Bryce are great. I have worked more with Bryce with my Mini-c-pap. He has a lot of patience. I also have there direct phone numbers which makes a lot of difference in how quickly someone gets back to me. I was ready to go somewhere else, but not now . I feel like my concerns are heard and taken care of. Thank you.

I had a great experience at the Alpine in Draper Friday morning (June 26, 2026). A young female associate helped me switch from full-mask to nasal c-pap mask. She showed me the options and suggested the best fit for my case. However, when I provided additional information about my specific case and showed more interest for a different option, she didn't insist on her choice, but listened closely to my concerns and shifted quickly her focus on a new mask and provided information (pro and cons) about it. The follow-up meeting on Wednesday morning (July 22, 2026) went very well and, once again, was conducted in a highly professional manner. In short, it is nice to be helped by a courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful person. A few years back, that was not the case. Your current stuff is great.
