These guys were great to work with! They were kind from the very beginning. When insurance denied me they were quick to appeal, and kept me updated on the progress of my wheelchair.

Everyone was professional and communicated with me great while waiting on my Dr's response. The one thing I didn't like was; and employee contacted me by phone and I told her I was working so talk fast I didn't have time. After the call ended she proceeded to call me 4x with other questions she forgot, I couldn't answer. My voicemail even instructs callers to text me. After her 4th voicemail, in 20 minutes, she text me. It was annoying.
