I needed some medical equipment and was told they'd send me a survey in the next day or two. After a week of waiting, I called and was told that I needed to make a substantial payment before the survey would be sent out. This would have been nice to know when I originally spoke with Alpine about getting the equipment. Returning the equipment was easy and the employee assisting was very friendly. Just wish there had been better communication on when, where, and what to pay.

It took less than 10 minutes to collect all the oxygen tanks and concentrator which I had been using for 10 years...because I swapped to Intermountain...for they had a better understanding about swapping out tanks...they brought tanks to shut in patients...in Greenbriar apartments many people are in need of this service...consider this please next time..they deliver...in house swap
