Renting a lift chair can be a good solution if you only need extra support for a short time, such as while recovering from surgery or caring for a visitor. Hereโ€™s what you can expect during the rental process.

Flexible Rental Terms

Lift chair rentals are typically available by the week or month. This makes it easy to match the rental period to your recovery timeline or short-term needs. If you find that you need the chair longer than expected, extensions are simple to arrange.

Delivery and Setup

When renting a lift chair, delivery and setup are offered as a service. The chair will be placed in your home, plugged in, and tested to make sure everything works properly. Youโ€™ll also receive instructions on how to use the controls and adjust the chair comfortably.

Insurance and Payment

Lift Chair Rentals can be paid out of pocket and may also be eligible for HSA or FSA use. Itโ€™s always a good idea to confirm payment details in advance. Most Insurance providers do not cover the entire cost of a Lift Chair Rental.

Returning the Chair

At the end of your rental period, the chair will be picked up from your home if you schedule a delivery. If youโ€™ve extended the rental, pickup can be scheduled once youโ€™re ready. The process is designed to be as simple and convenient as possible.
