I stopped in for help with CPAP masks and was impressed by how relaxed and genuine this place is. There's no sales pressure here. They tell you what they know, and just as importantly, they tell you what they don't. The gentleman who helped me grew up in the country about an hour outside Salt Lake City and has a beautiful 80-pound poodle mix. He took real time with me and walked me through nasal, full-face, and over-the-nose masks, along with how different styles handle low and high pressures. I've been struggling with my CPAP between 5,000 and 10,000 feet of elevation, and he shared practical experience on what might work better at altitude. He also went out of his way to look for options for me. Just a note: they don't do formal mask fittings, but his honest, experience-based advice was exactly what I needed. When I came back the next day to return a mask, it was completely seamless. The staff were friendly and laughing about Halloween plans, and it felt like visiting neighbors rather than a medical supply store. Kind people and honest guidance. I got delivered my oxygen concentrator the same day that my doctor ordered it. I forgot to ask for back up tanks. But my daughter was able to go pick a few up for me. Unfortunately they didn't give a tank carrier so I had to go in the next day to get one. The lady who helped was nice and didn't hesitate to grab the carrier.
