If it allowed me to make it 4.5 stars I would. My only gripe with them is that they must have entered the prescription for the o2 concentrator wrong cause it was supposed to be valid for 2 years but after 6 months they were calling and sending me bills. Exchanging O2 tanks was easy and simple, and returning the equipment was a very simple amd quick process.

Recently I needed to have information updated in my account since I am now on Medicare. I couldn’t get the website to let me do it so I went in to the store and they did it for me. They also had the items I needed for a walker that I will use for an upcoming surgery (knee replacement).
