The staff at Alpine medical were so Helpful. We urgently needed to get my mother-in-law out of the nursing facility she was staying at. And Alpine medical was able to deliver and set up the bed the following day for me. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. They are easy to work with and knowledgeable. The delivery drivers were great as well. So far The hospital bed that we got for my mother-in-law has been so helpful and she is Finally getting some good sleep. She really struggled at the nursing facility so it’s great to have her home with us.

So far this time dealing with Alpine to get my power Wheelchair has been a wonderful experience I it continues this way I know from past experiences with Alpine that it really depends on the departments that you deal with. When, and who helps you. In 2017 I acquired a Rollator from them. Within 10 days of getting it home a small but very essential piece fell off. They replaced the Rollator no problem. The same thing happened the exact same piece fell off 10 day after receiving my new Rollator. And infact were exceedingly rude about it. I was smart enough to contact the manufacturer And they sent me a new Rollator when I assembled my New Rollator knowing that this very small essential piece had been lost twice before I used a little lock tire and the piece lasted the 3 years that Rollator did. So long story short for large purchases where you deal with the Adaptive equipment specialist like a power wheelchair go to Alpine. Smaller purchases realize you're just a number and go somewhere else.
