We stopped by Alpine Home Medical with 3 issues that were affecting our mobility and quality of life. We ordered a wheelchair that met our needs but would take 2 weeks to get it here. No problem. They promptly offered us a unit to use until ours arrived. Difficulty with compression socks was another problem. We were shown a sock frame to assist getting the socks on and immediately this became a non issue. Cpap tanks we are still working on. But the enthusiasm we received from the staff to improve our quality of life immediately was so heartening and much appreciated.

Today I saw the technician who set up my 02 concentrator and small tank refilling machines when the tanks were delivered. Very personable, efficient and professional. It was good to see him and my needs were met perfectly. Happy to deal with this Company and I would recommend them. Five stars.

Alpine is easy to work with; however, their prices are a bit high. I can get most of the items in their store on Amazon for less money. The person I worked with to get my wheelchair was extremely helpful.

If it allowed me to make it 4.5 stars I would. My only gripe with them is that they must have entered the prescription for the o2 concentrator wrong cause it was supposed to be valid for 2 years but after 6 months they were calling and sending me bills. Exchanging O2 tanks was easy and simple, and returning the equipment was a very simple amd quick process.
