Initially, I experienced some confusion as I had no prior experience with oxygen therapy. I had anticipated that the equipment would be awaiting my arrival at home, given my recent hospital stay. However, it transpired that there was no local representative available. The nearest one was situated over two hours away. Despite this, he graciously offered to travel and deliver the equipment to me. The installer proved to be exceptionally helpful, addressing all of my inquiries and completing the installation promptly. I highly recommend their services.

I have received several calls about replacing my c-pap supplies but when I called the automated system told me I was not eligible at this time. I need a new water chamber and some new hoses. If you could look into this it would be greatly appreciated
