No "thank you" for bringing the device back. I was greeted very friendly though.

Once insurance approved supplemental O2 - progress was rapid - almost too rapid. I was told a machine would be delivered the same day with no instruction aside from 5 minutes with the delivery person. Overall I am pleased but for the uninitiated - like me - seemed to much too fast without additional informaiton

Taylor kept me informed throughout the approval process. When the insurance company denied my claim, he was proactive in responding with an appeal. I very much appreciate Taylor's dedication to his job, and his customers. 05/10/2026 - The other shoe has dropped! Everytime I asked Taylor what my cost was, he "implied" I didn't owe anything because of my Medicare Plan D status. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for almost $2200! This effectively destroyed my trust. Get straight answers to your questions, don't assume anything! 05/11/2026 - Taylor followed up with the billing people, he just notified me that I don't owe anything. I appreciate Taylor's diligence and his initiative. When I notified him, he made my problem his highest priority! Good job, Taylor!
