Very fast service on original unit. Had to call and get additional piece to add water to the 02 Unit. Because of nose bleeds. Not good with taking blood thinners. No idea you have to have a prescription just to add that little piece. So you have to call the hospital to get them to call Alpine Then you have to go pick up that little piece. They won’t deliver that. So keep that in mind when getting an 02 tank. Hopefully this will save someone a trip.
