The associates at the Draper location were incredibly helpful! I didn't like the CPAP mask their online system recommended for me, so I reached out to the store and asked for a different type of mask. I was also told that I could pick up my medical supplies instead of waiting for them to be shipped, which meant I got to start my CPAP therapy about a week earlier than I would have otherwise. When they didn't have the mask I wanted in stock, they were able to locate one in a nearby store. All around, it was a great experience! Now if I can just get used to wearing that dang mask, I will be completely happy ;)
