I came into pick up my Nebulizer. I had never used one before & asked the sales person about how to set it up. The response was, “ it has instructions in it”. It was probably my fault that I didn’t open it up to see if I could understand the instructions, but she didn’t ask either. Just seemed like she was done even though there were no other customers in the store. I am nervous now about using it. I wish I & she would’ve handled it differently because I don’t drive & had to have a neighbor bring me. It just could of been a better experience!

The company processes my c-pap equipment quickly, the representatives are always helpful and friendly. Their service technician, Gavin came to my home this week to replace the filter on my oxygen condenser, he is such a friendly guy, very efficient and caring. I’m very pleased with Alpine, I highly recommend this company.

The young lady that assisted was awesome. She listened to all our questions about the various walkers and everything we asked about using the walker, etc. Excellent service and positive attitude!
