My experience with this supplier was disappointing overall. The appointment ended up being a group session with about ten people, which I hadn’t realized was the setup when my doctor sent the referral. I only learned it would be a group appointment when they called to schedule. Since I had already waited a long time for the appointment, I didn’t want to delay things further and decided to go ahead with it.

The staff were very nice and tried their best, so I don’t think the problem was with them — it’s more about the structure of the appointment. As a new CPAP user, I found the group format overwhelming and not very helpful. The presentation was a quick overview of different machines, and we were expected to make a choice right away. If you don’t already have a specific machine in mind, it’s difficult to make an informed decision.

My machine fitting was done last, and by that point it felt rushed and impersonal.

It also took a long time to even get scheduled — my doctor sent the referral in August, and I didn’t get my appointment until October, after my doctor had to follow up with them.

If I had known from the beginning that appointments were done in group settings, I would have chosen a different supplier. In hindsight, I should have gone back to my doctor to request a change, but after waiting so long, I just didn’t want to start over.

Alpine has a fantastic associate, Stacey, who helped with me get my equipment needs. I pushed for a quick acquisition and bam! Within a day, delivered to my home. Also great follow up. I whole heartily recommend Alpine Home Health and I particularly Stacy. Thank you very much Stacey.

Alpine could use some help in demonstrating in showing how to put the Equipment together. I suppose that’s why we have friends who knows how to care more about the people they serve

I was so nervous going in. The shipping company sent me the wrong mask type for my CPAP and I went in thinking they would charge me again. They were so kind! They got everything corrected and made sure I was all set for this new journey. Loved my experience with the. Honestly I wish I went in first instead of doing it online.

Kind field worker speedy delivery, explains the home unit very well. They're phoned service and support was very kind and speedy. I am thankful for doing business with Alpine Home Medical. they help me out for what was possible. I had a problem with the unit I came by and replaced it with another working great I had no idea that they supposed to be servicing the unit area 6 to 12 months which was good news I'll pull that filter and it was filthy as it was almost 2 years old placed in a new one the machine works much better thank you. They always have the stuff for me thank you.
