Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I was in to see Darlene yesterday 10 2026 at Alpine Home medical. Darlene was very helpful in helping me select some masks because the sleep center overnight. Test has me doing a BiPAP now. and she showed me all I needed to know about how to set it up and what to do for different things that would happen if it did. and so I was very happy with the service that I got . she taught me a few things that I didn’t know about masks and CPAP and BiPAP, the differences and how to put them on. she is ordering me a couple of things that might be more helpful that they were out of stock right at the moment. It was really good to see Emily again . I’ve known Emily for years and she was always professional and helpful and kind wherever I’ve known her to be working When I needed to go to a different facilit Where she worked. Tell Emily, I said hi And especially tell Darlene, thank you for me for her knowledge and willing to take extra time with me. Thank You Carol McCloud

Alpine Home Medical in Richfield, particularly Jaylynn, demonstrated superb customer service by finding and setting up a travel CPAP for me on very short notice. I was leading a week-long backpacking expedition into the canyons and my CPAP broke the night before. I had four batteries for a certain CPAP. She found that particular CPAP, verified it with photos via text, and the Alpine Home Medical IT department helped her set the pressure for me just a few hours later. Her friendly, thorough customer service saved the whole experience for a dozen people. Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rep even made his way over to me, from 90 miles away and two mountain passes. He will come again when the rest of the equipment arrives. I got a TiLite wheelchair. I’m waiting for my power assist device to arrive, but it’s on back order. Thanks for all the help, Brandon and Alpine Home Medical!

Serving the Unique Needs of Tooele Residents

Tooele is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Salt Lake metro area, with a current population of approximately 40,000. The city has grown nearly 70% since 2000, driven largely by families moving west from the Salt Lake Valley in search of more space and more affordable housing. Tooele skews young with a median age of 32.7, but the 45-to-64 age group is large and expanding, and that population will increasingly be looking for home medical equipment, mobility aids, and post-surgical recovery support in the years ahead.

Mountain West Medical Center at 2055 North Main Street is the county’s only full-service hospital, serving all of Tooele County and its surrounding communities. It’s an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Stroke Receiving Facility, and a Designated Trauma Center, with a 24-hour emergency department, orthopedics, general surgery, intensive care, cardiology, physical and occupational therapy, and imaging services. The affiliated Mountain West Medical Group Orthopedics and Sports Medicine clinic on Aaron Drive handles knee and hip replacement surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures. Patients recovering from those surgeries at home in Tooele often need equipment in place before discharge. Call us before discharge and we’ll have a hospital bed, lift chair, or walker delivered and set up before you get home.

For residents who see specialists in Salt Lake City, Tooele sits about 35 miles west of the valley via SR-36 and I-80. Having a local store means you don’t have to make that drive every time. Alpine Home Medical delivers throughout Tooele County, including Grantsville, Stansbury Park, Rush Valley, and the broader western Utah area, with setup included with every delivery.
