Octavio brought my oxygen concentrator in and explained to me how it worked. I moved it after he left to a different place but I was able to change out the 15 foot tubing to the 25 foot one. It is now at the foot of my bed otherwise I would have to move it all the time to change my sheets. Octavio was helpful and said if I had any questions I could call back. Having it at the foot of the bed also helped with the quiet noise of the machine. I'm sure I will get used to it after a while.

Alpine Medical has been good to work with as long as I’m going into the store. However their Resupply department hasn’t always been great.

They work very hard to help you. I was on a time crunch with an insurance deadline, and my doctor delayed sending them my information until the last day. They had a whole team working together to rush and get everything done before the end of the day. Several of them stayed overtime to explain the equipment and help answer any questions. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.
