Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their products. My customer service representative from the St. George location went above and beyond to get my device sent to me so that I didn't have to drive 210 miles to pick it up. I'm on a fixed income and paying for the gas would have put me in the red for my budget for the next 30 days. I so greatful for them to have it delivered to me yesterday.
