Initially, I experienced some confusion as I had no prior experience with oxygen therapy. I had anticipated that the equipment would be awaiting my arrival at home, given my recent hospital stay. However, it transpired that there was no local representative available. The nearest one was situated over two hours away. Despite this, he graciously offered to travel and deliver the equipment to me. The installer proved to be exceptionally helpful, addressing all of my inquiries and completing the installation promptly. I highly recommend their services.

My concentrator needed the filter changed, they were on time and worked with my schedule. Two clean cut technicians shower up and maintained the concentrator and was in and out. Great customer care.
