The staff are not very friendly. Very businesslike. Also they charge 80.00 for an oxymeter test, refund 1/2 when equipment is returned. They send the data to another site to analyze, bill insurance and send a receipt of anything left for the patient. So why the big profit added to patient expense?

I had the best experience with Alpine Home Medical yesterday. I called them to see if they had the same C-Pap machine as mine, as mine had broken when I was on vacation. They told me exactly what I needed to do to have my Dr. email a prescription to them, etc. The gal in the office at Alpine (I don’t recall her name) was SUPER helpful! She took care of everything and I was able to do this in one trip (rare for me 😁). THANK YOU Alpine for a great night’s sleep last night and for the rest the week for sure. You’re the best! Highly recommend!

Ben and Kaitlyn were very helpful. They definitely know the products. We came to the store to order my supplies for the CPap. Every time I order using the automated system my husband has to return most of the order. Hoping you get a better automated order system.
