My concentrator quit working as it was supposed to, I am on continuous oxygen and as soon as I called I was put on the delivery list which didn't take long before my concentrator was swapped with a new one. I was also given the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you for taking such good care of me. Rated ***** 100%

Going to get oxygen often and we've got a routine down to a system where it's pretty easy and painless. Swap out 7 or 8 large bottles at a time and they move quickly. Lots of way high end rascals to look at while you wait

They were very kind and patient with me. They helped me understand what I needed to do in a brief, clear matter, and gave me a nice spread of options for a breast pump (the reason I went to them). The only thing that slowed down the process was on my end as I didn’t come with a prescription the first time. Either way, 5/5 on quality of service.

I have not had good experiences in the past. But now it was great! I don’t know what happened, but they were efficient and quick and got the product that I had ordered. In the past that did not happen but I’m grateful I did this time. It’s worth a try.!
