Appreciate their responsiveness on the phone. I went into their office and Benjamin was amazing. He took his time to assess the nature of my difficulty. His assessment was spot on. He made some adjustments to my machine and yeah, last night -- uninterrupted sleep. Thank you Benjamin! And then frosting on the cake, my husband mentioned new problems he was having using his CPap. Benjamin looked up his record of use and was able to quickly assess the possible cause of his problem and offer several easy fixes. Great business; excellent customer service.
