Excellent service. Dru was extremely helpful in explaining the equipment, the settings, what the settings mean and the importance or significance of each setting. Being able to see the equipment first hand allowed me to make an informed decision on the style of equipment that I felt would work for me and Dru's experience in explaining the pros and cons of each each style was essential. Being able to ask questions and get knowledgeable feedback, being fitted for size and having a dry run of using the equipment was really helpful and gave me the confidence to get set up and running at home very quickly. I recommend going straight into the store on 1400 N in Logan in person and set up appointments and talk with them directly. If you call the phone number you will be routed through a corporate office and not directly to the Logan store/office. It was only after I spoke to the local Logan office directly that I was able get the level of personalized care that Dru provided. Otherwise, corporate wanted me to do the selection, fitting, and learning how to run the equipment through AI apps and YouTube videos with the equipment mailed to me a week later. Corporate also told me that a in person appointment was potentially weeks out. Later that day I was able to talk with Logan directly and they got me in next day, gave me the personalized instruction and fitting mentioned above a d sent me home with the equipment that day. I was very pleases with the Logan Alpine Home Medical experience and the care they provided me. 5 Stars. If you are more comfortable with in-person care, go talk to them in person, if possible, or ask to be connected to them directly it really reduces the learning curve. Initially, I thought I was talking directly to them, but t became clear as a talked to various people that I calleled or called me that I was not talking to the local Logan store. It was only after they wanted payment over the phone and I said I will drive over and pay in person that I learned that I was not talking to the local Logan branch. It was at this point I was connected directly to Logan and was able to set up an appointment and get in-person care that was more beneficial and more timely, and rose to the Standard level of care that I was expecting.

Serving the Unique Needs of Provo Residents

Provo is the county seat of Utah County and sits at the heart of one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. The Provo-Orem metropolitan area is home to more than 671,000 residents, and that number continues to climb. While Provo skews younger thanks to Brigham Young University’s large student population, Utah County as a whole has a substantial and growing base of older adults, caregivers, and families managing post-surgical recovery and long-term home medical equipment needs.

Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital, located at 1034 North 500 West in Provo, is the primary medical hub for the entire region and the only designated Level II Trauma Center between the Salt Lake Valley and St. George. The 395-bed facility serves Utah County and all of central and southern Utah, with a 46-bed emergency department, a 24/7 Life Flight crew, and Stroke Center of Excellence designation.

Patients leaving Utah Valley Hospital often need home medical products ready before they return home. The same is true for those recovering at nearby Mountain Point Medical Center in Lehi or Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem. Our Provo store is less than a mile from Utah Valley Hospital, and our team works directly with patients and caregivers to get the right equipment in place before discharge day. We verify insurance coverage in advance, offer same-day setup on many items, and can deliver directly to your home if getting to the store isn’t possible. Whether you need a hospital bed, a walker, an oxygen concentrator, or bathroom safety equipment, we’ll make sure you’re ready to recover comfortably at home.

Alpine Home Medical serves Provo and the broader Utah County communities of Orem, Springville, Spanish Fork, Payson, Lehi, and American Fork. Call or stop by our Provo location and we’ll help you get what you need, often the same day.
