Excellent service. Dru was extremely helpful in explaining the equipment, the settings, what the settings mean and the importance or significance of each setting. Being able to see the equipment first hand allowed me to make an informed decision on the style of equipment that I felt would work for me and Dru's experience in explaining the pros and cons of each each style was essential. Being able to ask questions and get knowledgeable feedback, being fitted for size and having a dry run of using the equipment was really helpful and gave me the confidence to get set up and running at home very quickly. I recommend going straight into the store on 1400 N in Logan in person and set up appointments and talk with them directly. If you call the phone number you will be routed through a corporate office and not directly to the Logan store/office. It was only after I spoke to the local Logan office directly that I was able get the level of personalized care that Dru provided. Otherwise, corporate wanted me to do the selection, fitting, and learning how to run the equipment through AI apps and YouTube videos with the equipment mailed to me a week later. Corporate also told me that a in person appointment was potentially weeks out. Later that day I was able to talk with Logan directly and they got me in next day, gave me the personalized instruction and fitting mentioned above a d sent me home with the equipment that day. I was very pleases with the Logan Alpine Home Medical experience and the care they provided me. 5 Stars. If you are more comfortable with in-person care, go talk to them in person, if possible, or ask to be connected to them directly it really reduces the learning curve. Initially, I thought I was talking directly to them, but t became clear as a talked to various people that I calleled or called me that I was not talking to the local Logan store. It was only after they wanted payment over the phone and I said I will drive over and pay in person that I learned that I was not talking to the local Logan branch. It was at this point I was connected directly to Logan and was able to set up an appointment and get in-person care that was more beneficial and more timely, and rose to the Standard level of care that I was expecting.

Serving the Unique Needs of St. George Residents

St. George is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and has the highest percentage of senior residents of any major city in Utah. The current population sits at approximately 110,400, with 21.8% of residents aged 65 or older, nearly double the Utah state average and well above the national average of 18%. The city has grown more than 108% since 2000 and shows no signs of slowing down.

St. George’s warm climate, proximity to Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park, world-class golf, and thriving active adult community have made it one of the most popular retirement destinations in the American West. That same outdoor culture also produces a steady volume of sports injuries, hiking accidents, and orthopedic procedures across all age groups.

Intermountain Health St. George Regional Hospital at 1380 East Medical Center Drive serves as the primary medical hub for Washington County. The hospital operates as a Level II Trauma Center with more than 2,700 caregivers and 400 physicians and advanced care professionals, serving patients across a wide geographic region for everything from emergency care to orthopedic procedures and stroke treatment.

Patients recovering from procedures at St. George Regional, along with the thousands of seasonal residents and active retirees with ongoing home medical equipment needs, make this one of the most active DME markets in the region. Alpine Home Medical is right here to support that recovery, with hospital beds, lift chairs, mobility scooters, CPAP equipment, oxygen concentrators, and more available for purchase or rent at our St. George showroom. We serve St. George and the surrounding Washington County communities of Santa Clara, Ivins, Washington, Hurricane, and La Verkin.
