Excellent service. Dru was extremely helpful in explaining the equipment, the settings, what the settings mean and the importance or significance of each setting. Being able to see the equipment first hand allowed me to make an informed decision on the style of equipment that I felt would work for me and Dru's experience in explaining the pros and cons of each each style was essential. Being able to ask questions and get knowledgeable feedback, being fitted for size and having a dry run of using the equipment was really helpful and gave me the confidence to get set up and running at home very quickly. I recommend going straight into the store on 1400 N in Logan in person and set up appointments and talk with them directly. If you call the phone number you will be routed through a corporate office and not directly to the Logan store/office. It was only after I spoke to the local Logan office directly that I was able get the level of personalized care that Dru provided. Otherwise, corporate wanted me to do the selection, fitting, and learning how to run the equipment through AI apps and YouTube videos with the equipment mailed to me a week later. Corporate also told me that a in person appointment was potentially weeks out. Later that day I was able to talk with Logan directly and they got me in next day, gave me the personalized instruction and fitting mentioned above a d sent me home with the equipment that day. I was very pleases with the Logan Alpine Home Medical experience and the care they provided me. 5 Stars. If you are more comfortable with in-person care, go talk to them in person, if possible, or ask to be connected to them directly it really reduces the learning curve. Initially, I thought I was talking directly to them, but t became clear as a talked to various people that I calleled or called me that I was not talking to the local Logan store. It was only after they wanted payment over the phone and I said I will drive over and pay in person that I learned that I was not talking to the local Logan branch. It was at this point I was connected directly to Logan and was able to set up an appointment and get in-person care that was more beneficial and more timely, and rose to the Standard level of care that I was expecting.

Serving the Unique Needs of Ogden Residents

Ogden is the county seat of Weber County and the primary healthcare hub for northern Utah, home to approximately 88,300 residents. About 11% of the population is 65 or older, roughly 9,700 seniors within the city, and 34% of residents fall between the ages of 35 and 64. That’s a substantial portion of the community moving into the years when orthopedic procedures, mobility aids, and post-surgical recovery equipment become real, practical needs.

Ogden is also a gateway to world-class skiing and outdoor recreation, with Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley all within close range. That access is a genuine point of pride for the area, and it also means sports injuries and orthopedic procedures are common across all age groups, not just seniors.

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital is the region’s flagship medical facility and Intermountain Healthcare’s designated Level II Trauma Center for northern Utah. McKay-Dee has earned Healthgrades recognition for surgical excellence, patient safety, and patient experience, and U.S. News ranks it 4th in Utah, with High Performing designations in knee replacement and spinal fusion surgery. Patients discharged from McKay-Dee and Ogden Regional Medical Center regularly need walkers, rollators, hospital beds, lift chairs, CPAP equipment, or knee scooters ready before they get home. We serve Ogden and the surrounding Weber County communities of Roy, North Ogden, South Ogden, Washington Terrace, Riverdale, West Haven, and the broader northern Utah region.
