Finally, a medical supply company that actually cares. I can’t say enough good things about Alpine Home Medical. Seriously, every single person I’ve interacted with there has been amazing—and I don’t say that lightly. Last month, I went into their store to get a walker. Lexi and Shayla helped me, and wow. They didn’t just hand me a walker and send me on my way. They asked me what color would I like it in. Then they literally buit a new one from the box putting it together perfectly. They took the time to adjust it right there, made sure the height was perfect, and had me walk around to test it. It fits me like it was custom-made. You can tell they actually know what they’re doing and genuinely care about getting it right. Then today, I needed to reorder some other medical supplies. I honestly didn’t feel like making another phone call or driving anywhere. I texted, and Angel handled the whole thing—over text alone! No runaround, no “call this other number.” Just fast, efficient, and super kind. Angel made it so easy and got my order sorted before I even knew it. Honestly, from the store to the texting support, everyone at Alpine has been a pleasure to deal with. If you need home medical equipment or supplies, do yourself a favor and go here. They treat you like a person, not a ticket number. Thank you Lexi, Shayla, and Angel—you guys rock!

We have been doing business with Alpine Medical for a few years. They have provided excellent service. Our most recent visit was to get a CPAP machine. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the machine and the process.

Rented a wheelchair for my daughter. They worked with the hospital and insurance and all I had to do was come and pick it up. Very small copay. Now my daughter is rolling free.
