How long can I keep my rental equipment?
You can rent equipment weekly or monthly, depending on your needs. Many customers start with a short-term rental and extend it as recovery progresses—there’s no long-term contract required.
What if I need to extend my rental?
No problem! Your rental will automatically renew and charge the card on file until you’re ready to return the equipment. Just let us know when you’re finished, and we’ll arrange an easy pickup or drop-off.
Do you deliver rental equipment to my home?
Yes - Alpine Home Medical provides home delivery and setup for all medical equipment rentals throughout Utah and Idaho. Delivery is available for a flat $150 fee, and our team ensures your equipment is assembled correctly and that you feel confident using it before we leave.
Is rental equipment covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by plan and product type. Some rentals may qualify with a doctor’s prescription, while others are considered out-of-pocket. For example, oxygen and CPAP machines must have a valid prescription before rental. Our team can help you review your coverage and make the process simple. How do I return my rental equipment?
