Was looking for a very lightweight wheelchair that I could lift and stow in my vehicle while transporting a friend who is unable to walk. I decided on Alpine Medical as I thought they might have something I could use. They did.....A Featherweight 13.5 pound wheelchair that I can put into the back of my car. They helped me with the purchase, showing me how to fold it (easy) and put it into the back of my vehicle. The price is competitive with any on-line site and given that I could see it first hand rather than rely on photos, I felt much better about my purchase. I recommend Alpine Medical for their willingness to answer my questions and concerns.

Nice people on the phone and in person. When we called number provided, it's not the office in our area. Weird. But customer service is great. Had to wait for someone to call from our local office but they did call back same day. I prefer to be able to go to office anytime but apparently short staffed have to wait until they call you. They are great people though!!
