I made initial contact and then a representative contacted me via text. She was thorough, walked me through everything and provided me with her phone number to complete the transaction after a drive to the hospital. A couple hours later, during the surgery, we went to the Ogden, Utah store. The gentleman pulled up my account, had me sign and brought out the wheelchair. The whole exchange was less than 10 minutes and we were on our way.
The chair itself was clean, easy to use and has been a lifesaver.
