Good customer service. The drop off and pick up of the chair was included in the price so that was very helpful.

Mostly very good. Employees seem to know more about their products than they did a few years ago when I was there. I would have liked a heads up to be prepared to have my Apple ID with me when I came in for my Cpap class. I’m really struggling now to get the app set up on my own.

As a follow up to my last review: For most people using a CPAP device is a difficult transition at best. I found follow up support somewhat lacking. Just to start, actually getting through to someone on the phone was cumbersome and messages were not always returned. I believe a more hands-on approach would be helpful, and many of the people who need a CPAP are elderly or disabled and find it difficult to travel to the store repeatedly. I think some form of outreach and support would be beneficial and would lead to a better success rate.
