Bryce was wonderful at the Alpine Medical Store in Ogden. He knew exactly what was needed and gave us lots of helpful information. He was very knowledgeable in many areas and his suggestions were great. My husband needed a soft brace after breaking his neck and was transitioning from a steel brace. Bryce made sure he was comfortable with the new brace and we really appreciated his concern. We had tried 4 other medical stores suggested by the doctor and no one else could help us. Bryce is a great employee and we will come to Alpine first next time!

Very nice and took time to chat about my concerns. Clear on the return policy. Waited 15 mins for my appointment but he apologized several times and it was fine. Not that big of deal. Only appointment for mask fitting for cpap is between 12-2 which is a bit inconvenient but what can you do. At least they are available in person to talk and see what you like. I wish I could try it on before I buy it though. That would be nice. I would need to pay for a night at the hospital to do that I think. It still cost me a copay for my mask even though I didn't know that. There is a online order option I didn't know about so I'm glad I asked. That way if I know what I want I don't have to go back in between 12-2 to order the replacements. Over all very friendly and seems like it's clean and organized place. Don't do the online mask fitting though... that has never been correct for me. Go get measured in person.

So far it's been good. They've delivered everything I need and the guy showed me how to operate and use everything so that was good. Thank you!

Wrong parts were ordered for my cpap. They had no problem exchanging them for what I needed. Thank you! I'm all set for this year.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get medical equipment if it’s prescribed by my doctor?

If your doctor prescribes medical equipment, just bring the prescription to our Provo store. For instance, we frequently help patients leaving Utah Valley Hospital who need oxygen concentrators, mobility aids, or hospital beds. Our team will verify insurance coverage and provide the equipment with complete setup, often the same day.

Can you help me get started with my CPAP machine?

Our team offers both group classes and one-on-one sessions to make sure you’re comfortable with your CPAP setup. We’ll walk you through every step until you feel confident using it on your own.

Can I try equipment before purchasing at your Provo store?

For many items, yes. We encourage customers to test mobility scooters, lift chairs, and other select equipment in-store when possible. Our experts will make sure everything fits properly and feels comfortable before you take it home.

Can I schedule equipment for pickup or delivery in advance?

Of course. If you know when you’ll need equipment, our team can arrange to have it ready for pickup in-store or delivered to your home on the date that works best for you.

What options do you provide for payment or insurance coverage?

We accept most major insurance plans and also work with HSA and FSA cards. For larger purchases, we’ve partnered with Mountain America Credit Union to make financing accessible for those who prefer payment plans.

Can rentals be extended if I need them longer?

Yes. If your recovery or care needs last longer than expected, extending a rental is simple. Just let our team know, and we’ll adjust your rental period so you have uninterrupted access to your equipment.
