Idaho Falls Medical Equipment Rentals

Health needs aren’t always permanent, and that’s where our rental program comes in. At our Idaho store, you can arrange short-term rentals for equipment such as hospital beds, scooters, CPAP machines, and wheelchairs. Many customers use rentals during recovery or when short-term support is needed. Rentals can be set up weekly or monthly, and if you need more time, we make extending simple.

They are awesome always willing to help and answer any questions so much better than other places I've used... Darcy is so amazing and always make you feel like you are the only one she's worried about while she's helping you. She has a very good bedside mannor.. and answers all my questions and concerns

Good customer service. The drop off and pick up of the chair was included in the price so that was very helpful.
Tanya Grice
Very professional and kind. They were quick to respond, setup of our equipment went smoothly even with having to replace parts.
Raymond Rustad
Technician was able to solve my problem very quickly. He was very courteous

Mostly very good. Employees seem to know more about their products than they did a few years ago when I was there. I would have liked a heads up to be prepared to have my Apple ID with me when I came in for my Cpap class. I’m really struggling now to get the app set up on my own.

As a follow up to my last review: For most people using a CPAP device is a difficult transition at best. I found follow up support somewhat lacking. Just to start, actually getting through to someone on the phone was cumbersome and messages were not always returned. I believe a more hands-on approach would be helpful, and many of the people who need a CPAP are elderly or disabled and find it difficult to travel to the store repeatedly. I think some form of outreach and support would be beneficial and would lead to a better success rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver to rural areas outside Idaho Falls?

Absolutely. We deliver throughout eastern Idaho, from small farming communities to ranches that are 30 miles out of town. Our delivery team is used to finding places that might not show up on GPS, and we’ll coordinate with you on timing that works around your schedule. Whether you’re near Rigby, out toward Ashton, or anywhere in between, we’ll bring your equipment right to your door.

What insurance plans do you accept at your Idaho Falls store?

We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Aetna, PEHP, Optum, Cigna, and many others. We also work with HSA and FSA cards for qualifying purchases. Our Idaho Falls team can verify your specific coverage and help determine what’s covered before you make any purchases, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Do you rent equipment for seasonal agricultural workers?

Yes, we understand that harvest season and other agricultural work can lead to injuries that need temporary equipment. Whether you need crutches after a fall from a ladder or a knee scooter while your ankle heals, we can set up short-term rentals that match your recovery timeline. We’ll work with whatever insurance you have and help you get back to work as safely as possible.

How do you handle equipment repairs when we're far from town?

We know that when you’re living 45 minutes from the nearest town, a broken CPAP machine or mobility scooter isn’t just inconvenient – it can be a real problem. Our regional technicians can handle repairs on many items, and for urgent situations, we’ll arrange loaner equipment while we get yours fixed. We also teach you basic maintenance and troubleshooting so you can handle minor issues yourself.

What happens if my rental equipment breaks down on the weekend?

We have 24/7 support for urgent equipment issues, even on weekends. If your oxygen concentrator stops working or your hospital bed malfunctions, call us right away and we’ll get you sorted out. For less urgent issues, we’ll have someone out first thing Monday morning, but we never want you to go without essential equipment, especially when you’re far from immediate help.

Can you set up equipment for elderly parents who live alone in rural areas?

Definitely. We do a lot of setup visits for elderly folks who are living independently but need family members to coordinate their care. We’ll deliver equipment to their home, teach them how to use it properly, and make sure they’re comfortable before we leave. We can also coordinate with family members who might be managing things from a distance and provide ongoing support as needed.
