I don’t often write reviews this long, but when you meet people and a company that truly embody the spirit of helping others live better lives, it deserves recognition. My recent visit to Alpine Home Medical in Logan, Utah was nothing short of exceptional — and I have to give huge credit to Ethan and Kathy for making it such an unforgettable experience.

From the moment I walked in, both Ethan and Kathy went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for their work instantly stood out. Ethan, in particular, impressed me with his energy, product knowledge, and care for his clients. You can tell he’s not just doing a job — he’s building relationships and changing lives through mobility and independence. I was blown away by how invested he was in understanding every detail of how we can best support the patients and clinicians in this region. Ethan is truly amazing, and I’m so excited to work with him closely moving forward to help his clients live healthier, more independent, and fulfilling lives through the innovative technology and mobility solutions we offer at Invacare.

And I absolutely have to mention Kathy — she was incredible as well. Her warm personality, calm confidence, and professionalism make her the heart of the Logan branch. She handles every situation with a smile, makes everyone who walks through the door feel like family, and represents Alpine Home Medical with true class and grace. Watching how she interacts with both customers and coworkers really showed me how strong the culture at Alpine Home Medical is — one built on care, respect, and genuine human connection.

It’s easy to see why Alpine Home Medical has built such a strong reputation across Utah. The team in Logan truly cares about their community and works tirelessly to ensure every client receives the best possible products, service, and follow-up support. I've recently used ALpine Home Medical's services twice. The first was after hours delivery and set up for an aging homebound parent, the second was new durable medical equipment for myself. On both occasions, whether over the phone, in person, or via text, the customer service and care was excellent. They answered all my questions, setup in both situations was smooth, and they made me clearly aware of support resources and helpful videos. Would definitely recommend!
