This is truly the best company. I had my little one a month early, which left me with very little time to prepare or get the pump I needed for her. And to make things even harder, my husband had just lost his job and our insurance was set to expire in only three days.

I called this company, explained what was going on and asked if there was any way they could expedite an order prior to my insurance expiration. Not only did they make it happen, but they were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. Because of them, I was able to get what I needed to nourish my baby through such a stressful time.

I am genuinely grateful for this company. They are good people who truly care, and they provide outstanding service. If you’re considering supporting their business, you absolutely should. They made a real difference for my family.

I was having issues getting my small oxygen tanks to fill. Because as I and, I find myself technically challenged, I thought the issue was with me. I called for assistance and the representative sent a service agent to assist. Within a half an hour I received a text, which included his picture, from Octavio giving me an ETA which was within a half hour. When he arrived, he introduced himself and quickly discovered it was a faulty unit. He brought a new one up, and set it up quickly. He was friendly and efficient.

Everyone is super nice! Great customer service and they've answered any questions or concerns I had! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
