Repair FAQ

We can set up to bill your insurance in some cases. If the service is self pay we would collect payment at the time of service. Payment arrangements can often be made on large ticket/service items.
If the equipment that is needing service was purchased through Alpine Home Medical and your current insurance paid for it then yes we can bill your insurance with a current prescription from your provider/doctor.
We do home visits in the Greater Salt Lake Area. There is a service fee that is based on where you live.
Yes! We stock most batteries for scooters and power chairs. If we don’t have your battery in stock we can get it ordered for you.
Yes! We work the Harman Lift Company and can do vehicle and stair lifts. Vehicle lifts are installed in our Service Center and for stair lifts in your home we send our team of experts to your home.
