Job Summary

The Rehab Sales Liaison is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the rehabilitation sector, as well as performing repair work on rehabilitation equipment. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance patient care. This role is responsible for creating/maintaining positive relationships with patients, care facilities, outpatient facilities and other medical facilities to market Alpine Home Medical and generate/close sales.

Experience Needed

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to identify patient needs and effectively provide solutions.
  • Strong computer and technical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to clearly explain technical information to customers.
  • Ability to perform repair work while maintaining the integrity of the equipment.
  • Well organized and detailed oriented with the ability to meet critical deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities and working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Associates degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive sales through direct consumer and business outreach, including cold-calling healthcare facilities and senior communities.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment to effectively present products such as lift chairs, mobility aids, and hospital beds.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships with customers through personalized service and engagement.
  • Prepare and present quotes for complex rehab products, achieving high closing rates on sales.
  • Perform repairs on rehab equipment.
  • Represent Alpine Home Medical at industry events and on social media, enhancing brand visibility and driving referrals to the retail location.
