I can’t even begin to thank you adequately for the difference that the medical facilities that you donated to my family have made in our home. David absolutely loves his chair. He now sleeps safely and well, and without pain. What a difference that makes!
David and Breann both love their showers and toilets. It’s amazing what a difference the proper facilities make in the independence level of people with disabilities. They can take care of themselves and have an increased sense of self now.

To My Friends at Alpine:
I’m home now and have had time to reflect on my vacation in Utah. I had a great time camping, fishing and being around Salt Lake in general. When my crisis came (losing my wheelchair) the warmth and generosity of people in Utah really shined through. I had many phone calls from good folks willing to give me chairs that belonged to family members. The response from the news media was overwhelming.
What really rises to the top in my mind is the generosity of the individuals at Alpine (Employees and Owner) to disregard the bottom line and help a total stranger. I envy your customers.

I wanted to take the time to write this “letter of appreciation” in behalf of Eric H. Johnson, ATS (Rehab and Mobility Specialist). Mr. Johnson has been helping me with wheelchair issues since January of this year.
My husband and I planned a trip in January to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary, but I couldn’t go unless I could rent a wheelchair which my physician had written a prescription for. We went to Alpine Home Medical hoping to find help, luckily Eric was in the showroom and has been there helping us every step of the way since that time. He went to the effort to conference with me and an Occupational Therapist at the Salt Lake Regional Hospital to determine just what type of wheelchair would best suit my health needs. After hearing a history of my condition they determined the type of wheelchair that would be best. I now have my wheelchair and it fits me perfectly by way of measurement and brand. I just can’t imagine a better wheelchair than the one I now have, which Eric recommended.
Eric went out of his way many times to help my husband and me with lots of questions about my specific needs. He always returned all of our phone calls very promptly and followed through on every detail. We would say you are most fortunate to have Eric Johnson as your employee.
On a more personal note, he is friendly, conscientious and always so willing to be helpful. Thanks again, for the service he rendered to us and our community of people with great medical equipment needs.
