Complaints

Any individual has the right to file a compliant with the Joint Commission for any concerns they have with the quality of care that we provide to our patients.
Alpine Home Medical has a “non-retaliatory” policy for all staff members or individuals contacting the Joint Commission, and will take no disciplinary or punitive action toward these individuals.
